Deposits

A $50.00 deposit will be collected upon reserving a full lash extension service as well as any hairpainting / balayage or corrective color appointment requirng a 2 hour time slot.  This deposit will be put towards the reserved service,  please see below for cancellation / no show policies.

Cancellations 

At Salon C we work very hard to accomodate our guests,  with that said it is important to always remember to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your reserved time.  This allows our team enough time to contact our waitlist guests.

If your service required a deposit (above) and you have not met the 24 hr cancellation requirment you then forfeit your deposit and we reserve the right to charge your card on file the full amount of service. 

Any service requiring one hour or more not cancelled within 24 hours can be subjected to a full service charge with credit card on file. We have the ability to send text confirmations and reminders to assist you with your busy lives and ofcourse we know that emergencies arise, we just ask that you take our time as seriously as we take our time spent with you .

We strive on a daily basis to meet the needs of our guests and provide great customer service.  If at any time you are dissatisfied with your service we kindly ask that you contact the salon within 5 days of your service to discuss how we can further assist you.
